Former Igerna Man Dies

News was received in Igerna last week of the death of Walter H. Cowles, of Mattawa, Ontario. He was sixty-eight years of age. Mr. Cowles was injured in a fall September 12, suffering fractures of the leg and hip, and died November 5. He was formerly a resident of Igerna, but for the last thirty years had resided in Canada. He is survived by two sons, Ira and Charles Cowles of Markstay, Ontario; a brother, Wilbur Cowles, and one aunt, Mrs. George F. Weller, of Igerna; also several grandchildren. Funeral services and burial were in Mattawa.
